Please use the form below to register your Cryonite/Rapid Freeze lance for return or repair. Once the form is completed we will receive an error report.

We will send you a replacement lance along with a return shipping label for your broken applicator. Once you receive your replacement applicator please place the broken wand in the box, apply the return label, and ship it back to us.

Please note, we cannot repair hoses, so replacement hoses will not come with a return shipping label. Broken hoses may be discarded after you receive a replacement.
